Are we getting enough nutrition from the food we eat?
You are encouraged to follow the 3–2–1 formula:
3 teas, 2 shakes, 1 colorful meal (40 points)
No snacking (20)
Minimum water 3 liters (20)
No eating 4hrs b4 sleep (20)
Total (100).
If you get 100 pts = lose 10 kg in 2mths
80 pts = lose 10 kg in 3 mths
60 pts = lose 10 kg in 4 mths
< 60 pts = Ask God for Help ;-)
This is a blog which we hope will encourage people achieve a healthier lifestyle. It almost impossible to challenge Malaysians adopt healthier habits but we have found products that have assisted us in achieving better health and lose weight and would like to share the knowledge with anyone who is interested to know. The health improvement is significant and we hope to motivate obese people lose weight and hence, reduce health risks, assist those too thin to gain weight as well as those who just want to be healthy.
